As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead direct and indirect reports while supporting sales, service, people, operations, and visual excellence. You will use retail KPIs, product expertise, and customer service knowledge to influence store profitability. The position includes assuming leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. You will also support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach team members on excellent consumer experiences and product knowledge
- Drive sales targets using retail KPIs and performance data
- Coordinate replenishment from stockroom to sales floor
- Oversee accurate transactions and cash protection procedures
- Maintain Brand Retail Standards and visual presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of retail environment experience
- Minimum 12 months of people management experience
- Advanced selling and comprehensive product understanding
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
