The Retail Lead supports store sales and profit targets while serving customers, coordinating execution, and living Brand Values. You will help deliver operational excellence, manage product flow, and model consumer centricity. The position also carries priority responsibility within Selling and Service, People, Operations, or Visual Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire consumer loyalty through customer connection and Brand Values
- Coordinate product replenishment between stockroom and sales floor
- Execute cashier procedures and operational processes accurately
- Provide product knowledge and complex service support
- Assume manager on duty responsibilities during leadership absences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least twelve months of retail experience
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product understanding
- Required visual merchandising skills
- Computer, POS, MS Office, communication, and interpersonal skills
