Lead enterprise transformation projects remotely from Canada with ADGA, applying project governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management expertise. ADGA seeks Consultants to support platform initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and enterprise data, security, and integration services. You will plan, coordinate, deliver, monitor, and close complex projects while managing schedules, scope, costs, quality, risks, dependencies, and governance requirements. Assignments may include departmental onboarding and cross-stream initiatives supporting Government of Canada enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of transformation projects
- Maintain integrated schedules, work plans, and governance documentation
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports
- Escalate risks, issues, and decisions through governance bodies
Requirements:
- PMP Certificate and similar project management experience
- Minimum 10 years performing similar project management tasks
- Two projects exceeding $5 million with teams of 20 or more
- Experience reporting to senior management or executive governance bodies
- Valid Secret Government Security Clearance held with PSPC
- Bring enterprise project leadership, governance discipline, and stakeholder coordination to ADGA’s Canadian remote consulting assignments.
