Adecco is currently hiring a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic / Service Manager in Saskatoon, SK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced refrigeration professional ready to step into a leadership role. You will oversee a team of approximately seven technicians while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of service technicians
- Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor service quality, project progress, and team performance
- Support hiring, training, and performance management activities
- Conduct occasional customer site visits
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
- Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of refrigeration industry experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
