Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Crown Reach and/or Raymond Reach forklifts to pick, place, retrieve, and store pallets at various racking heights
- Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory movement
- Use RF scanners and pick lists to locate, scan, and process inventory and customer orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities
- Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are properly secured
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
- Follow all company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain awareness of pedestrians, equipment traffic, and warehouse hazards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Crown Reach Forklift Certification required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation
- Ability to meet productivity targets and key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
