What You'll Be Doing
- Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
- Maintaining filing systems and business records
- Processing forms, purchase orders, and administrative documentation
- Tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Providing general office and administrative support as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Professional approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting managers, directors, or leadership teams is considered an asset
