Support open enrolment registration management and accurate financial processing as an Operational Shared Services Specialist in Toronto, working hybrid three days onsite.
As part of EZRA's Operational Excellence team, you will support participant experience across back-office processes. This individual contributor role partners with Customer Success, Billing, and Configuration teams. You will manage registrations, extensions, systems, inboxes, and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end registration and launch management for open enrolment programs
- Manage coaching program extension requests and shared inboxes
- Process orders and forecast open enrolment registration revenue accurately
- Coordinate workflows with Customer Success, Billing, and Configuration teams
- Document processes and identify workflow blockers, dependencies, and risks
Requirements:
- Three or more years in back-office or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail across concurrent processes
- Experience working with technical systems
- Understanding of POs, payment methods, and financial processes
- Ability to document processes and collaborate globally
