Lead polymer additive manufacturing operations at ADDMAN’s Irvine facility, directing production performance, capacity planning, and financial results. As the senior on-site operational leader, you will oversee end-to-end manufacturing across more than 40 industrial polymer 3D printers. Your work spans printing, post-processing, inspection, shipping, safety, quality, delivery, profitability, and customer confidence. You will lead managers and cross-functional teams while developing disciplined operating systems. Key Responsibilities:
Own site operating performance, budgets, forecasts, and P&L results Direct scheduling and capacity allocation across varied polymer printers Lead safe printing, post-processing, inspection, maintenance, and shipping Establish KPIs for delivery, yield, utilization, throughput, and margins Develop leaders, staffing plans, cross-training, and succession plans Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, or related field 10+ years manufacturing or operations experience, including 5+ years leading managers Experience owning manufacturing P&L or comparable financial results Working knowledge of polymer additive manufacturing production economics and materials U.S. person status required under ITAR Bring polymer manufacturing leadership, financial accountability, and operational discipline to ADDMAN’s Irvine production facility.
