As Strategic Account Manager, you will support a Strategic Account Director across strategically important enterprise customers. Use discovery, stakeholder management, pipeline generation, commercial proposals, and MEDDPICC to expand Adaptavist's footprint. Coordinate with Presales, Delivery, Customer Success, and strategic partners to advance opportunities and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-year strategic account plans with the Account Director
- Build pipeline through structured account-based engagement
- Lead discovery across stakeholder layers
- Develop customer-specific business cases and commercial proposals
- Coordinate opportunities through closure and internal resources
Requirements:
- Enterprise technology, consulting services, or software sales experience
- Consistent achievement of commercial targets
- Independent pipeline generation and progression experience
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong written, verbal, discovery, and commercial communication skills
