Shape Ada Infrastructure’s hyperscale customer relationships across North America through strategic account leadership and complex transaction execution. Lead with executive presence. This senior commercial leader serves as the relationship owner for designated customers and the commercial lead across critical functions. You will understand infrastructure strategies, capacity requirements, procurement processes, and technical priorities. Your work supports solutions aligned with customer needs and Ada’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships across customer executive and technical teams Coordinate executive engagement, reviews, and commercial escalations Translate customer intelligence into strategic account plans Structure and negotiate wholesale, build-to-suit, and hyperscale transactions Maintain ownership of commercial, contractual, and technical issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred 12+ years within the data center industry Demonstrated success leading complex lease negotiations Exceptional commercial judgment and negotiation expertise Strong executive communication and relationship management skills Use strategic relationship management and commercial leadership to advance Ada Infrastructure’s hyperscale customer partnerships and transactions.
