The role emphasizes Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, operational excellence, and leadership development. You will help build capabilities during strong growth and transformation. Lead daily manufacturing activities against SQDIP targets Establish KPI accountability and structured problem-solving Develop workforce and capacity strategies for expansion Champion Lean Manufacturing and standardized processes Coordinate NPI readiness with cross-functional partners Requirements:
