The work centers on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity performance. You will develop leaders, strengthen process discipline, support growth, and coordinate New Product Introductions with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing activities against SQDIP targets and KPIs Develop workforce and capacity strategies for future expansion Champion Lean Manufacturing and standardized visual processes Drive data-based improvements in quality, productivity, and cost Lead manufacturing readiness for New Product Introductions Requirements:
