Treyarch is looking for a talented new IT Technician to join our team! This listing is for a 100% on-site job located in Vancouver, BC. Primary responsibilities will be end user support. This includes software and hardware support (install/troubleshooting), imaging PCs along with other surrounding aspects of desktop support. You will need to be able to address, diagnose and resolve problems quickly and efficiently in a high-paced, studio environment. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with a wide variety of teams and users. This is a contingent worker position for a 12 month duration and will be staffed through Volt, a staffing and workforce management company.
What you'll do...
- Provide support to the end user whether remote or on-site via slack, email or in person
- Active Directory management and support
- Workstation provisioning for new and existing users (Imaging, software, and hardware deployment)
- Address remote and on-site hardware issues (printers, shared PCs, and video game consoles)
- Assist with any software deployment and address any issues that may arise (Common software are Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Autodesk, and Adobe CC products)
- Assist with IT assets and inventory management
- Support and contributions on any IT related projects
To succeed you should have…
- Minimum 5+ years' experience of providing IT support
- Familiarity with video game consoles
- Previous video game studio experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable in PC hardware and Windows environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting
- Proficient understanding of networking
