Northern Case Management seeks reliable Support Workers or Personal Assistants for an established team. You will support daily living, community activities, therapy, work, presentations, and conferences. The position requires independent working, teamwork, flexibility, and cover for annual leave or sickness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support activities of daily living in the client's home
- Drive an adapted vehicle to work and appointments
- Accompany community activities, therapies, and social events
- Support mentoring, presentations, and conference attendance
- Work closely with the wider care team
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Genuine interest in person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for long days, sleep-ins, and cover
- Enhanced DBS and willingness to complete training
