About the role Portless is transforming e-commerce logistics with AI. We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply-chain operations at scale.
What you'll do
Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases
Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics
Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features
Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment
Monitor and improve model performance in production
What we're looking for Essential
4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience deploying models to productionMust be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship)
Canada/Mexico candidates only if they already hold US work authorisation
Nice to have
Experience in logistics, e-commerce or supply chain
LLM fine-tuning and RAG experience
