Lead grocery merchandising teams part-time with planograms, inventory management, and display maintenance for Acosta Canada / Mosaic. Travel throughout the territory.
Acosta Canada / Mosaic seeks a Grocery Team Lead for hands-on retail execution. You will manage two to five merchandisers while completing daily reports and maintaining store standards. The work includes planogram resets, product layouts, stock rotation, replenishment, module assembly, and display cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage two to five merchandisers and complete daily reports
- Execute in-store product layouts using planograms
- Manage inventory, rotate stock, and replenish shelves
- Assemble modules and maintain clean displays
- Complete other related merchandising tasks
Requirements:
- Grocery experience and punctual attendance
- Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
- Comfort traveling throughout the assigned territory
- French communication skills, smartphone, computer, and internet access
