The Account Coordinator activates integrated campaigns across event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, advocacy events, viral campaigns, and digital executions. Working with Field Managers and vendors, this position supports planning, implementation, compliance, reporting, and team development. The role requires managing approximately 75 Brand Ambassadors and addressing operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule approximately 75 Brand Ambassadors
- Coordinate event planning, implementation, and vendor management
- Maintain execution and survey compliance rates
- Conduct interviews and assist Brand Ambassador sourcing
- Report program, competitor, and Brand Ambassador insights
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing large teams
- Retail experience, particularly grocery or liquor chains
- Experience with Excel and changing priorities
- Weekend availability; Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
- Access to a vehicle and strong communication skills
