As District Manager, you will lead, coach, motivate, and develop Field Sales Representatives working in grocery stores. The role focuses on sales growth, distribution, promotions, displays, pricing, product availability, and retail execution. You will translate client priorities into store-level action plans, use performance data, and support onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Field Sales Representatives across the district
- Conduct store visits and field ride-alongs
- Set goals, monitor progress, and reinforce accountability
- Evaluate promotions, displays, pricing, and product availability
- Communicate results and field insights to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years field sales, retail sales, merchandising, or CPG experience
- 1+ year leading, coaching, training, or developing employees
- Grocery store or retail channel experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and regular travel availability
