- Coordinate nursing and other resident services within the neighbourhood
- Lead shift reports and communicate resident status changes
- Record significant changes in residents' conditions accurately
- Ensure charts follow AgeCare policies and nursing standards
- Review physician orders and escalate processing difficulties immediately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registration and good standing with the provincial registry
- Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
- Understanding of applicable healthcare legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of nursing administration, activation, and personnel administration
