Achievers seeks a strategic Senior Analyst, Deal Desk to evolve our Deal Desk function. This hands-on role combines day-to-day deal execution with subject matter expertise, ownership of deal desk tickets, pricing, and contract structuring, across land, expansion, and renewal motions.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to drive ARR growth, deal velocity, and long-term customer value, while building frameworks and guardrails for scalable processes and consistent.
