- Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with Adobe AEM and CRM platform experience to support business and technology initiatives within the financial services and wealth management domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, data mapping, system integrations, and end-to-end testing, along with experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Data/Marketing platforms, or Salesforce.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, support production issues, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business objectives and define technology solutions that meet operational, analytics, and management reporting requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
- Work with solution architects, developers, and delivery teams to support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Analyze source and target system requirements and define data mappings in accordance with enterprise data platform standards.
- Document business process flows, integration requirements, database requirements, process mappings, API specifications, and endpoint mappings.
- Support CRM and digital experience platforms, including
Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe CDN, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) , depending on project requirements.
- Analyze system interactions, integration touchpoints, high-level solution designs, and end-to-end data flows.
- Write and execute PL/SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, test data preparation, and analysis.
- Identify data quality issues, anomalies, outliers, and data cleansing requirements, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Provide production support for back-office systems, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and coordination with technical teams to resolve incidents.
- Develop test plans, support functional and integration testing, validate test results, and ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure solutions align with applicable industry standards, enterprise architecture guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Analysis, Management Information Systems, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA or CMA designation is an asset.
8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements management, and technology delivery.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including familiarity with its platform and object model.
- Experience with
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe CDN, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or related Adobe enterprise platforms .
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, solution design support, data analysis, and end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in writing PL/SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience documenting API integrations, system interfaces, data mappings, and business process flows.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, particularly wealth management or asset management .
- Experience supporting CRM, digital experience, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with data quality management, data cleansing, production support, and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration patterns, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
