ASSOCIATE, SIGNATURE INSURANCE
The Associate, Signature Insurance is dedicated to supporting the Signature Insurance team.
Your strong organizational skills along with a high attention to detail are the keys to success in this role.
This role is responsible for managing and controlling administrative workflow, investigating accounting anomalies including statement differences and account reconciliations, binders, spreadsheet and letter creation, verifying and reviewing policy information and documentation for errors, advising brokers of errors and requesting re-writes from underwriters, monitoring delays in documents to clients (internal or external), processing changes on broker portals, reviewing renewals and identifying missing coverages.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry with a strong workingknowledge of personal insurance products
- Experience servicing and reviewing Elite markets (Chubb Insurance, Aviva Ovation and Intact Prestige) would be considered an asset
- Alberta or BC Level 1 General Insurance License with the desire to obtain Level 2
- CIP designation is an asset
