We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of CNC Operator-Programmer at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0. The CNC Operator-Programmer is responsible for operating and programming a variety of computer numerically controlled machines. This position reports directly to the CNC Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and run programs from part file for machine
- Setup machine with parts utilizing FCS mounting system
- Display high quality standards on work pieces
- Perform pre-shift inspections
- Maintain safe, clean and well-organized work area, including cleanliness of the machine
- Use micrometer, vernier, probe or other means to check the desired size and tolerance of the work piece
- Work within deadlines and scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Lemoine experience an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to ensure quality standards are upheld
