Acculogic seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator in Markham, Ontario, focused on M2K transactions, receiving, and material accuracy onsite.
This full-time coordinator supports manufacturing operations within Acculogic's Electronic Test division of InTest Corporation. The work covers inventory receipt, storage, movement, issuance, reconciliation, and availability for Production and work orders. Success requires organization, detail orientation, and cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inventory movements and maintain supporting records in M2K
- Receive materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition
- Label, organize, and maintain designated inventory locations
- Pick, issue, stage, deliver, and transfer work-order materials
- Investigate cycle-count discrepancies and prepare required inventory reports
Requirements:
- Preferred one to three years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems preferred
- Understanding of receiving, movement, counting, and reconciliation principles
- Comfort working with part numbers, work orders, and BOMs
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
