As Director, Conference Services and Catering, you will direct Catering office activity and manage catering from booking through execution. You will oversee conference services after contracts become definite, while coordinating operations, budgets, forecasts, and business plans. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and leads Conference Service Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Manage catering and conference services from booking through execution Prepare budgets, forecasts, and annual departmental business plans Maintain client relationships before, during, and after conferences Ensure contracts, group resumes, and banquet orders are accurate Lead Conference Service Managers, recruitment, and team training Requirements:
