Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate every detail of VIP guests' stays effectively
- Offer expert recommendations on local tours and activities
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest issues and requests
- Communicate proactively with guests throughout their stay
- Uphold high service standards throughout the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge or Guest Services
- Membership in Les Clefs d'Or is an advantage
- Hospitality Management degree or diploma preferred
- Familiarity with Micros-Opera and Microsoft Office
- Must hold a Class 5 driver's license
