Support procurement for ACCIONA’s Ontario Line Elevated Guideway and Stations project using tendering, negotiation, and commercial evaluation expertise. Work across office and site settings. This Procurement Specialist supports vendor recruitment throughout a large, complex construction project. The position coordinates with departments, stakeholders, vendors, and the Client to align procurement activities with organizational needs. It also analyzes Best for Project options and presents findings to Senior Leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Pre-qualify bidders and prepare procurement strategies and tender packages Issue tenders through selected electronic quotation systems Evaluate quotations and recommend best-value vendor awards Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms Create SAP purchase orders and support procure-to-pay processes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management Three to five years of procurement or supply chain experience Experience with large and complex construction projects Experience using procurement software tools and SAP Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Apply construction procurement, tendering, SAP, and commercial evaluation expertise to support ACCIONA’s Ontario Line project.
