This role involves managing daily accounting, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring compliance while leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage month-end close processes with attention to detail

Requirements:
- 5+ years leading teams in finance/accounting
- 7+ years in progressive finance roles, ideally in manufacturing
