Access Results Management Services Inc. seeks a Senior Property Accountant reporting to the Managers of Finance and Accounting. You will manage tenant revenue, rental packages, CAM reconciliations, and financial analysis. The work involves accounting principles, rental leases, tenant communication, and operating budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual CAM reconciliations according to lease terms
- Maintain rent rolls and review scheduled rental charges
- Reconcile tenant payments and follow up on delinquencies
- Prepare rental summaries and tenant onboarding packages
- Forecast operating expenses and update budgets against actuals
Requirements:
- Post-secondary finance, accounting, commerce, or business qualification
- Four to six years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and rental leases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail
