POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Act as the technical expert for the mining equipment product line;
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams;
- Support sales efforts through product demonstrations, presentations, and recommendations;
- Train employees and customers on the operation and maintenance of mining equipment;
- Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and product development teams;
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mining equipment.
YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with mining equipment or in a related technical field;
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment technologies and maintenance practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts for non-technical customers;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience with CRM software is considered an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
