You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough." You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procedures and work instructions related to risk and opportunity management in construction management of Large Capital Infrastructure programs/projects.
  • Develop a risk breakdown structure aligned with project WBS and CBS.
  • Design the human and material resources required to complete risk management services on a project successfully.
  • Prepare Risk training materials and train the team on the principle of Risk Management.
  • Forecast market trends in risk management and collaborate with Risk V to implement process improvements or efficiencies.
  • Provide technical support to the management of project risk through the facilitation of regular risk reviews at the project and program level.
  • Maintain risk registers at the project and program level.
  • Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using risk management software (like Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Risk, etc.) and provide the interpretation of analysis results (like Distribution S Curve Graph, Sensitivity Analysis Tornado Chart).
  • Establish detailed project and program risk reports including P50 and P80 cost and schedule risk exposures.
  • Clarify with risk owners that mitigation actions are on track.
  • Ensure compliance with the risk management plan, procedures, and requirements of the assigned.
