You've Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.” You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

Manage and direct project-specific tasks and duties as planned and identified for the project in the area of specialty. Ensure assigned staff and leads, including specialized SMEs, are monitoring all project construction activities and ensuring compliance with the contract requirements, design documents, quality, safety, and environmental issues. Manage daily site inspections and audits ensuring the staff submissions are at the highest quality level with appropriate and comprehensive photo and quantity logs and records of activities.

Review digital infrastructure that is set for the work of construction administration and field operations staff. Develop and deliver a completed analysis of construction progress gathering details through meetings, reports, contractor document submissions, and schedules. Support the resolution of claims, non-conformances, or dispute submissions initiated by the contractor (potential or actual). Analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports to ensure completion and distribution to the appropriate stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication with project leaders and internal and external stakeholders on project status, concerns, and specific actions to support client and construction activities to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of the projects. Lead value engineering, constructability, schedule, and documentation development through the various project phases. Supervise team members by orienting, training, and managing their project targets, objectives, responsibilities, and performance per company policies, values, and business practices.

Direct and share technical expertise with team members to achieve performance goals and project objectives by delivering ongoing feedback, direction, and guidance to ensure a motivated, productive workforce. Engage in meetings with clients, third parties, and managers to assess progress, resolve critical issues, mitigate risk, and negotiate scope changes. Outline the human and material resources required to complete a project successfully. Define the success criteria and disseminate them to the involved parties. Complete any tasks assigned by the Construction Management V or higher in an efficient and timely manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Site-based. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Engineering or Construction. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an Engineering or Construction Management field. Holding a recognized certification in area of specialty.

What's in it for you:

The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list. You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.

AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it. Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.

Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support. Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.

Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
