WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.

You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.

AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.

Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.

Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.

Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.

Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.

ABOUT ACCENTURE CONSTRUCT: Accenture Construct is Accenture's global capital projects business. The data centers behind AI. The grid behind the energy transition. The rail, water and airports everything else runs on. We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over — and unlike most of this market, we're on the hook for whether they land on time.
