THE WORK:

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.” You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that’s the job. You’ll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won’t be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next.

Implement and manage the assigned datacenters projects or project elements from inception through to completion.

  • Develop new project plans in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients.
  • Utilize the human and material resources provided to complete assigned tasks successfully.
  • Administer a resource allocation strategy and utilize this when distributing work and budgets.
  • Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan.
  • Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
  • Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher.
  • Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs.
  • Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Project Management III or higher.

Working Conditions: Office-based

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Centers Construction Project Management or a similar role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Licenses OR Certifications: Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods.
  • Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.
  • Effective skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Ability to arrange priorities and elevate competing risks to meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal).
  • Equipped to work independently and as part of a team.

What's in it for you:

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it’s complex and it matters, it’s on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You’ll use it, and you’ll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That’s the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR’s 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction’s Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
