Through Accenture's Recruiter Development Program, you will support the Candidate Management Team and guide candidates from application through onboarding. The work combines resume evaluation, candidate screening, recruiting data, and personalized communications. You will also partner with hiring managers and support talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resumes against role requirements using AI-enabled tools
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting technology records

Requirements:
- Minimum one year of recruitment or human resources experience
