This office-based role requires five days weekly onsite. Accenture Construct seeks a senior engineering leader for its Track team and complex rail programme. The position coordinates signalling, track, construction, and wider systems across corridors. It requires strong knowledge of RAMS, safety certification, testing, commissioning, and systems engineering lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead conventional signalling works across Track team corridors Manage signalling, track, construction, and systems interfaces Oversee planning, delivery, and commissioning strategies Provide senior oversight of safety, quality, risk, and performance Engage clients and delivery stakeholders at senior level Requirements:
Minimum 15 years progressive engineering infrastructure experience Five years senior leadership in complex rail programmes preferred Knowledge of CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant technical discipline Professional Engineer license in good standing with PEO Bring rail delivery leadership, systems assurance expertise, and risk management capability to Accenture Construct’s Toronto Track team.
