Lead rail and transit scheduling with Primavera P6 expertise at Accenture Construct, working in office or site-based environments. Shape major infrastructure programs. This senior planning position requires at least 15 years of planning and scheduling experience in large rail and transit projects. You will manage project schedules, progress measurement, earned value, reporting, schedule risks, and change impacts. The work supports multidisciplinary engineering and construction programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project Master schedules and schedule planning activities
- Develop progress curves, baseline curves, and earned value measures
- Monitor critical activities, slippages, float, trends, and schedule KPIs
- Analyze schedule delays, changes, claims, and extension requests
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and delegate scheduling team deliverables
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ planning and scheduling experience
- Experience with large rail and transit projects and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Certification in PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, CCP, or PMI-RMP
- Mastery of Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills
- Bring rail scheduling leadership, risk analysis, Primavera P6 mastery, and project controls expertise to Accenture Construct programs.
