- Maintaining a single integrated environment calendar covering releases, testing windows, refreshes, freezes, and maintenance periods.
- Ensuring smooth transition from the BUILD phases to the RUN phase.
- Proactively managing S/4HANA system performance (monitoring CPU/memory, background jobs, SAP short dumps, etc.).
- Implementing SAP BASIS best practices (e.g. regular kernel updates, HANA tuning, job scheduling review) to improve month-end close speeds and overall system health.
- Owning regular environment health checks and driving related enhancement initiatives.
