You will support compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping, and tax engagements while helping clients receive tailored financial information. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping, and tax engagements
- Prepare remittances, filings, receivables, expenses, payables, and payroll transactions
- Set up client files, budgets, and administrative planning
- Perform month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
Requirements:
- Working toward an accounting certificate or business degree
- Accounting or finance major considered an asset
- Entry-level to two years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes
- Accounting or tax software experience considered an asset
