As a Soccer Coach, you support the Director of Soccer and peer coaches in a one-week Academy Camps Soccer Program. You coach athletes ages 10 to 16 while helping develop physical, mental, and emotional skills. The position also includes dorm counselor responsibilities and participation in camp activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Academy Camps soccer coaching strategies
- Mentor athletes through athletic, emotional, and social growth
- Build trust through communication and youth development principles
- Oversee campers with co-dorm counselors
- Participate in evening programs, events, and staff meetings
Requirements:
- Four or more years of competitive playing experience
- Collegiate competition preferred
- Experience working with youth in sports or education
- Desire to develop and improve as a coach
- Availability onsite June 20 through August 6
