Key Responsibilities:
- Own reliability and incident response across AI agents
- Trace prompts, context, tool calls, and agent actions
- Build alerts and dashboards for real production failures
- Replay failures and prove fixes through evaluations
- Harden the Marketing Report and Website Builder
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years operating production systems with on-call ownership
- Production LLM experience with tool calling and evaluations
- Strong Python, TypeScript, event-driven services, and databases
- Experience integrating scheduling, telephony, marketing, or advertising platforms
- Independent contractor availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours
