We have a full-time, long-term job available as an Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist.
Immediate Vacancy in Newmarket!
Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Friday 8 am to 3 pm
Job Duties
- Accounts Receivable
- Generating invoices using Quickbooks
- Generating credits as necessary
- Collections follow up via phone and email
- Answering and Transferring inbound calls
- Participate in year-end and month-end procedures
- Other admin duties may be assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience using Quickbooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with month-end and year-end accounts receivable duties
