Bring Alberta Blue Cross® technology and data to life through multimedia, animation, and digital storytelling for diverse internal audiences. Work within Information Technology to create content that supports understanding, adoption, and engagement. As a Multimedia Designer, you will develop visual communications across videos, motion graphics, dashboards, presentations, and digital campaigns. You will partner with IT leaders, architects, engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to explain technical initiatives clearly. Your work will support innovation stories, technology launches, organizational change, cybersecurity communications, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Produce multimedia assets for varied audiences and communication channels Develop motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual explainers Showcase technology innovation, success stories, and business impact Support leaders communicating IT strategy, data, AI, and cybersecurity Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Corporate Communications teams Requirements:
Three to five years of multimedia, digital storytelling, or visual communications experience Demonstrated expertise in visual storytelling and digital content creation Knowledge of workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and emerging trends Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences Portfolio featuring multimedia production, presentations, video, animation, or digital content Use multimedia storytelling, motion design, and technical communication skills to connect Alberta Blue Cross employees with technology initiatives.
