As a Primary Care Representative, you will execute brand strategy, deliver sales performance, and support healthcare providers. The work combines territory analysis, account-based selling, scientific knowledge, and strategic communication. Patient needs remain central while activities follow AbbVie's business code, policies, and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
- Develop territory business plans aligned with brand strategy
- Create pre-call plans and evaluate post-call performance
- Build trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Share market intelligence with managers and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, or equivalent
- Minimum two years' pharmaceutical sales experience is an asset
- Proven sales record and solid presentation skills
- Advanced oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license, passport, and Microsoft Office proficiency
