Une grande banque canadienne cherche un lead QA senior pour son domaine paiements : stratégie de test, automatisation et mentorat de l'équipe qualité, en hybride à Montréal.
Le domaine paiements réunit plus de 250 personnes organisées en équipes agiles. Les services s'appuient sur des API et des micro-services déployés sur AWS, avec une chaîne CI/CD sur GitHub Actions.
Le rôle
Vous définissez les stratégies de test, vous structurez l'automatisation et vous accompagnez les membres de l'équipe QA au quotidien. Vous travaillez main dans la main avec les développeurs pour que les tests fassent partie de la livraison continue, pas d'une étape à part.
Profil recherché
- Plus de 10 ans en assurance qualité sur des projets complexes et de grande envergure
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de test, Jira et Xray
- Un ou plusieurs langages orientés objet (Java, Python), avec IntelliJ ou VS Code
- Test d'API et de micro-services avec Bruno ou Rest Assured
- GitHub, CI/CD/CT avec GitHub Actions et culture DevOps
- Connaissance des services AWS, certification AWS Cloud Practitioner au minimum
- Usage des outils d'IA générative, par exemple GitHub Copilot
- Bilinguisme français et anglais obligatoire
Modalités
