This is a one-year renewable assignment at a downtown Montreal banking group. You will support regulatory controls applications, handling incidents with around four to five requests daily. Your role involves working across time zones to ensure seamless support and collaboration with compliance teams on Actimise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production and remediate incidents promptly
- Manage the incident lifecycle and escalate to level 3
- Coordinate handovers with global teams
- Analyze root causes and implement production changes
- Collaborate with compliance teams on Actimise applications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in L1/L2 production support
- Familiarity with Actimise or compliance applications preferred
- Fluent in English; French is an asset
- Availability for on-site work in downtown Montreal
- Willingness to work in a follow-the-sun model
