A major Canadian bank is looking for an experienced network and security engineer to design and manage secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure.
The role involves:
- Building and managing VPCs, subnets, and routing tables
- Deploying Zero Trust environments
- Managing next-generation firewalls (Check Point, Cisco FMC, Palo Alto) and an Infoblox DDI infrastructure
- Developing infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation
What we're looking for:
- 7-10+ years in network and security engineering
- AWS networking: VPC, Transit Gateway, Security Groups
- Terraform and CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing), Azure network security (NSGs)
Conditions: Montreal, hybrid 2 days/week on-site. Permanent position with Abbeal, 12-month engagement with the client.
