A major Quebec financial institution is looking for an Application Delivery Lead to own the application side of a solution, from planning to production release.
Context You will work on small to mid-sized IT projects within an agile, cross-functional team. The role sits at the heart of delivery: you connect IT contributors, the project manager, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master.
The role
Plan and coordinate the application deliverables of the solution
Track risks, dependencies and status with the project manager, PO and Scrum Master
Anticipate blockers and propose practical solutions
Report progress clearly and regularly
What we are looking for
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of IT experience
Experience on large projects in agile, cross-functional settings
Background in delivery coordination or deliverables management
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, hands-on and solution-oriented
Fluent French, English is a plus
