Our client is a fast-growing Montreal AI startup. Its product is already embraced by its customers, and the team is now launching a new project that aims to revolutionize the legal sector as a whole. They're looking for people who are happy to come to work in the morning and want to build the future alongside legal professionals. The role
Own the product vision of the new project and turn it into a clear, prioritized backlog. Work daily with the AI developers and the founders in an agile setting (sprints, rituals, demos). Meet legal professionals to understand their needs and validate solutions. Define acceptance and quality criteria for AI features with the technical team. Track production usage and adjust priorities based on field feedback. What we're looking for
At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. You've owned products in production, used by real customers, not just POCs. You know AI (LLMs, agents) well enough to discuss it on equal footing with developers and understand its limits. You're comfortable with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and know how to adapt them to a small team. You're fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
