The role
- Design and evolve the AI agents at the core of the product.
- Deliver end to end, from the API to the database, in production and for real users.
- Make results reliable by measuring performance, testing and making sure every change doesn't break anything.
- Take part in technical and product decisions with the founders.

Who you are
- You have 3 to 5 years of development experience, part of it on AI projects.
- You have already shipped AI agents or LLM applications to production, not just prototypes.
- You have solid software engineering foundations and you code fast and well.
- You know how to evaluate an LLM system and make it reliable.
- You are autonomous, you take ownership and you bring the energy that makes a difference in a small team.
- You speak French and English.
